The Green Tones are the premier co-ed contemporary a cappella group at the University of North Texas. Founded in the Fall of 2008, the Green Tones strive to present a cappella music at its greatest on the UNT campus and in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Bringing original and creative arrangements to every performance, we look to redefine music that all audiences will be able to enjoy.

Thank you all who came out to our concert on Friday night. It was by far our best concert and turn-out yet and we are so happy we could share it with all you. Video's are posted and up on YouTube so you can re-live all your favorite moments or catch up on what you missed. If you thought this concert was good, just wait for next semester! It's almost here! Our Fall Concert - Mistletones Part II
Come check out what we have been working on all semester on December 2nd at 8 p.m. in the Lyceum located in the UNT Union. You won't wanna miss this awesome ACappella concert featuring familiar songs played on the radio, to Christmas favorites just in time for the holiday's - and don't miss your chance to win a HP Notebook! Tickets are on sale for $2 all week and $5 at the door; ticket purchases count as both your entrance into the concert and the raffle. We'll be selling tickets 11/30 from 12 - 2 p.m. and 12/1 from 11 - 2 p.m. in the UNT Union in between the Chat and the One O'clock Lounge.

The Green Tones are putting on a Beatbox Competition!
We will have a booth set up outside of the UNT Union on November 7, 8 and 9 from 11 am - 2 pm in the UNT Syndicate. You can audition live at the booth or submit a video to our facebook page at www.facebook.com/untgreentones. The actual competition will be held this Thursday on the 10th of November from 6 - 7 pm; Admission to the public is $2. We can't wait to see everyone there!
